Shipping policy

If an order is placed before 1:00 pm Eastern Time, it will be shipped the same business day; otherwise, it will be shipped the following day. The term "business day" refers only to Monday through Friday and excludes weekends. Items are delivered via First Class USPS, which for domestic orders typically takes 1 to 5 business days. Most international orders arrive at their destinations in 6 to 15 business days on average.

Shipping costs

All orders have calculated shipping, based off the package weight and dimensions.

Orders shipping to an address in Canada are offered UPS shipping rates which are calculated at checkout based on the total weight of products in your order.

Local pickup

We currently offer free pickup in buffalo, NY. At checkout, select the pickup option and make your purchase. After you receive your order confirmation, you will receive a second email stating that we are preparing your order. Pickup orders are generally ready for pickup within 24 hours.
